Hey!  Wow, it seems like forever since I’ve posted anything.  But really, it’s only been a few days.  The holidays are such a crazy time and now I am in a funk.

I have so much clean up to do and blogging to do.  I have a ton of promos to get up, but I just don’t feel like it.  Christmas was amazing and I hate that it’s over!

Christmas morning came at it’s usual time, 6am.  Bobo was the 1st up, as always.  I think I was awake around 5am waiting.  When Bobo woke up, it was just his normal routine.  He came into the living room and looked at the tree and presents.  I asked him “did Santa come?!”  He just looked up and said “yeah.  Can I have my milk?”

I got his chocolate milk, we sat and cuddled in my chair and turned on the news.

Business as usual.

I just had to laugh.  Bobo is so weird and very much a routine oriented kid, he didn’t see anything to get excited about.

I think we sat for about 15 minutes before finally Anthony woke up.  Then the FUN began!

Anthony stood at the top of the living room steps beaming from ear to ear.

“SANTA WAS HERE!!!  Can I go wake up my dad??!”

Off he went to wake everyone else up.

I think the boys had every present open in about 20 minutes flat.  And then it was over.

Anthony’s big gift was a Nintendo DSi.  He’s been asking for one since last Christmas.  I’m still unsure if he’s ready for the responsibility of taking care of such an expensive gift.  The last two days I’ve been getting after him to keep track of the very small games.  It’s gonna be the death of me!

The little brothers each got a very cool Imaginext set.  Naynay got the Pirate Ship and Bobo got the Dragon World Fortress.

Everyone got Lego’s and some new games for the Leapsters and Wii.

Santa Claus did good.

Santa came again later in the morning when we went next door to Grandma’s house.  There the kids were spoiled again with some really great gifts.  HexBugs, Littlest Pet Shop, Mario, Luigi, and Spongebob, oh my!  My mom and dad are always so good to us and very generous with their gifts.

Me and Bob got ourselves and brand new porta potti!  LOL!

I laugh, but it’s a really great gift for us.  We do a lot of tent camping and it’s not real convenient out in the desert in the middle of the night if you gotta go.  So we got ourselves a little portable bathroom tent and toilet along with some other great things.

That about sums up our Christmas Day.  Lots of good food, presents, more food and more presents.  It was awesome.  The weather was so beautiful we even ate our meals outside!!  My apologies to everyone that doesn’t live in Southern California.

I’ll be back later to share what I got for myself for Christmas.  It deserves its own post. 🙂

So tell me, how was your day??  What did you get?  Any drama?  Tell me, tell me.
