Family Movie Night is Coming Back! (CLOSED)

Walmart and Procter & Gamble have teamed up to bring family movie night’s back to America.  They decided to work together in creating this movie after hearing from families who wanted more quality options to be offered on TV. They have brought in recognizable actors (Barry Bostwick – “Spin City;” Paige Turco – “The Agency;” and Shawn Christian – “Days of our Lives”) along with music producer Randy Jackson (American Idol) to create the soundtrack. I am one of those families that complete agree!  I hate that nothing good is on TV anymore.  Unless I want to watch NickJr. alllll daaayyyy loonnng (which I do), or I want to rent movies (which are getting expensive). Edward Vs. Jacob

I read all the Twilight books back in April and like millions of others, completely fell in love with Edward.  Then I saw the movie.  *UGH*  Hated it!  I just think that the casting was bad and the movie Edward did not measure up to Stephanie Meyers description in the books.  I was so disappointed. I swore off any more Twilight movies.  The books were top notch, why ruin it with a bad movie. But now I am rethinking. With the release tomorrow of New Moon, I find myself wanting to go to the theater.  But it’s not because I think this movie will be better or because I want to ogle over Edward.  Nope.  Now, I find myself with a new Twilight crush….Jacob! Welcome to my Fourth of July edition of Small Talk Six.  Small Talk Six is momdot.com’s weekly Saturday meme where you make a list of 6 things from their chosen topics.  This weeks topic is: 6 of your favorite patriotic films 1.  Independence Day LOVE this movie.  Really.  It’s on TV a lot and when ever I come across it, I watch it.  It doesn’t hurt that I love Will Smith and Jeff Goldbloom.  YUM! 2.  Armageddon FUN FUN movie to watch.  Funny and exciting.  Bruce Willis and Ben Affleck are great to watch.  I still (after a gazillion times watching) ball my eyes out when dad and daughter have to say good-bye. 3.  Live Free or Die Hard Another Bruce Willis one.  He’s the bomb.  This movie is just funny as shit.  Love it and am happy it’s playing on HBO right now because I’m watching the hell out of it. 4.  The American President So I don’t know...
